Carleton Place Vacations from $601

Inconvenient check in experience. Have to go to a different building to get your key and check in and out. Free parking in a garage was nice.

Très bon service, clean Restaurant cool,

it is honestly one of the most beautiful places I've been to. I travel a lot and usually go for high-end hotels but the apartments in this motel are extremely pretty. I loved the retro vibe it is very spacious! Only thing is that the boutique and the restaurant are only open from Thursday to Sunday. I had a gift card of $20 with my stay, but I was there Monday Tuesday and Wednesday so I did not get to use it.

We stayed 3 nights at the Holiday Inn Express Gatineau and we were. VERY happy with our stay.It was a very nice, clean, and quiet hotel. Our room was spotless upon arrival. It was a nice surprise to find no carpeting which is so much more cleaner and hygienic. The bed was super comfortable.I usually don't sleep well in hotels but I had 3 of the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. (Could have used an extra blanket though). The roller blinds blocked out 100% of the light,no annoying cracks of light at all! It was so quiet it was like we were the only ones there. No hallway doors slamming. It was wonderful. The shower was hot with great pressure. Loved that it was a walk in shower too.Really enjoyed the shampoo/conditioner and body wash dispenser. The towels were nice and fluffy too.Hair dryer supplied too if you need. The complimentary breakfast was quite good and changed a bit every day.Mini cheese omelettes, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, seasoned cubed potatoes hash browns,make-your-own waffles and pancakes, toast and a variety of bagels, yogurt, fruit, and cereals. The only, very slight, negatives I can mention are that the vending machine on the floor we were on (2nd) was empty?I tried selecting water, sprite, and coke and all were empty. We chose to not have housekeeping on our first day as it wasn't necessary and would have been wasteful. However, on Day2 we left at 9am and came back at 9pm and no housekeeping. Not the end of the world but... We'll still be back and stay here again!

The room was clean and comfortable. I had difficulty getting the access code for the room without calling the manager. The property has great views but is difficult to find. Someone walked into my room in the middle of the night with the access code. I wouldn't stay here again.
